We offer a wide range of sweets, including gummies, jellies, fizzy candies, sour treats, chocolate-flavoured mix-ups, and much more. We also provide custom Pick 'n' Mix options, where you can create your own selection from our variety of sweets.
2. Do you offer any vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes, we have a selection of vegan and vegetarian-friendly sweets. Please check the product description for each sweet, as we clearly list ingredients and whether they meet vegan or vegetarian standards.
3. Do you sell gluten-free sweets?
We do offer some gluten-free sweets. However, we cannot guarantee that all of our sweets are entirely free from gluten due to the risk of cross-contamination in our manufacturing processes. Please refer to the product description for more details, or contact us if you have specific dietary requirements.
4. How do I create a Pick 'n' Mix selection?
Simply browse our available sweets online and select the ones you want to add to your Pick 'n' Mix box. Once you've made your choices, you can choose your preferred size and place your order. If you’re unsure about any of our products, feel free to get in touch for advice!
5. Are there any allergens in your sweets?
Yes, our sweets may contain allergens such as gluten, milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, and sulphites. All allergens are clearly listed on our product descriptions and labels. If you have specific allergies, please reach out to us before making a purchase for more information.
6. Can I order your sweets internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
7. What should I do if my order is missing an item or is damaged?
If you find that an item is missing or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at heatonssweetsandtreats@outlook.com. We’ll investigate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or a store credit.
8. Do you offer any discounts or special offers?

9. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. Once dispatched, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
10. What if I don’t receive my order, even though it’s marked as delivered?
All orders are shipped with tracking, and once the courier confirms that your parcel has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any missing items. Please contact the courier directly if you believe the package is missing.
11. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations once your order has been placed. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Yes! Our sweets and Pick 'n' Mix options are fun and delicious for all ages. However, please note that some of our treats may contain small parts or high sugar content, so we recommend supervision for young children.
